Job Title: Project Manager – Substation Construction (MEW Approved)
Location: Kuwait

Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction of electrical substations or power infrastructure projects.
- MEW (Ministry of Electricity & Water – Kuwait) approval as Project Manager is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Valid Kuwait Driving License.
- Arabic language proficiency is required (speaking and reading preferred).
- Strong knowledge of substation construction, power distribution systems, and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Immediate Joining preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise substation construction projects from start to completion. Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Review and approve engineering drawings, technical submissions, and method statements. Ensure all works comply with MEW specifications, safety regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with MEW authorities, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with regulations and approvals.
- Ensure project completion on time, within budget, and as per technical and safety standards. Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to management and stakeholders.
- Monitor procurement of materials and equipment required for the project. Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and coordination with all stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling high-voltage substations and infrastructure projects.
- Strong coordination skills with government authorities and utility providers.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively.
Job Title: Substation Construction Supervisor
Location: Kuwait
Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in electrical substation construction projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Experience working with MEW specifications and standards preferred.
- Valid Kuwait driving license preferred.
- Basic Arabic communication skills preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily substation construction activities at site.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, MEW standards, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.
- Monitor work progress and report to the Project Manager / Site Engineer.
- Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
