Urgent Sales Manager (IT Solution Sales, Oracle, DB)

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the country territory plan across BFSI, government/SOE and large enterprises
• Drive demand generation through CIO roundtables, industry workshops, partner events and conferences.
• Manage subscription renewals, customer expansion and recurring revenue retention.
• Develop strategic account plans and build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and Heads of Data.

Requirements:

• With 5 - 8 years of enterprise software or database sales, with a verifiable quota-carrying track record
• Hunter profile combined with disciplined CRM use and accurate forecasting
• Comfortable operating in a co-funded distributor vendor model with dual reporting
• Prior experience selling MariaDB, EnterpriseDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or similar open-source data platforms
• Familiarity with database modernisation drivers - Oracle license cost, sovereign data, BFSI compliance (MAS, OJK, BNM, BOT)
• Existing relationships with regional SIs, DB specialist partners and cloud providers are advantage
