- Low Voltage Estimation and Pre-sales Engineer.:-
We are a leading Low Voltage Company based in Kuwait, serving high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Pricing Specialist / Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tender submissions, BOQs, and cost estimates for projects across Kuwait and the GCC region. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications to prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates
- Price Complete ELV, and MEP coordination
- Source material and subcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing
- Prepare and submit complete tender packages within deadlines
- Liaise with the design and project teams to clarify technical scope and quantities
- Maintain a database of unit rates, vendor pricing, and historical cost data
- Review and compare supplier quotations and negotiate best commercial terms
- Participate in post-tender clarification meetings and value engineering exercises
- Track awarded tender results and continuously improve pricing accuracy
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for quantity take-offs is an advantage
- Advanced MS Excel skills: experience with estimation software is a plus.
