WE ARE HIRING | SALES MANAGER – USED CAR DEALERSHIP NETWORK

ReadyAssist is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager with experience in the used car industry to expand our dealership partner network and drive business growth.

What You'll Do:

• Onboard and activate used car dealerships as distribution partners.
• Drive policy sales and achieve weekly business targets.
• Conduct product demonstrations and train dealership teams.
• Build strong dealer relationships through regular field visits.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer network.
• Gather market insights and ensure KYC and documentation compliance.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–6 years of experience in the used car industry.
• Strong understanding of used car dealerships, dealer networks and dealer economics.
• Experience in B2B sales, channel sales or dealer onboarding.
• Knowledge of RC transfer processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field 5–6 days a week.

The Ideal Candidate:

Someone who understands the used car market, has strong dealer connections, and can independently drive dealership partnerships and business targets.
