User Experience Designer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX Designer with a minimum of two years of professional experience in user experience design. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences that are intuitive, user-centered, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design of digital services from discovery and ideation through to launch and post-release optimization

Design user interfaces that adhere to industry best practices, accessibility standards, and usability principles

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma and Maze

Conduct usability validation and iterate designs based on insights and feedback

Produce comprehensive design documentation and ensure clear handover to development and product teams

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality user experiences

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in UX/UI design

Strong proficiency in Figma and Maze

Solid understanding of UX methodologies, user-centered design, and interface design standards

Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
