Keeta is looking for a motivated and analytical User Operations Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support user growth initiatives, analyze performance data, and gain hands-on exposure to operational strategy in a fast-paced international environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the operations team in executing user growth strategies and related campaigns.
- Monitor key performance metrics and conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collect and analyze user behavior data to generate insights and recommend optimization actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Design, and Legal to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Final year student or recently completed a Bachelor's degree; prior exposure to user operations or product operations is a plus.
- Strong data sensitivity with basic analytical skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as SQL is a plus.
- Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written English for professional communication.
