User Operations Manager
Role Overview
Own the product operations and content ecosystem of the in-app community. This role drives engagement, retention, and trading conversion through content distribution strategy, recommendation system optimization, and user growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Own the growth of the in-app community by increasing active users, content participation and engagement.
- Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve content discovery and engagement.
- Design and optimize user funnels to increase UGC participation, community interaction, and trading conversion
- Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement, and product performance.
- Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data, and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with broader platform goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth, or community product roles in internet or crypto platforms
- Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems, and user engagement strategies
- Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus
- Hands-on experience with data analysis and A/B testing
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
- Fluent English; Chinese is a plus
