About the Role
Keeta is looking for a User Research Assistantto support user insights and localization efforts across our platform. In this Emiratization role, you will help understand user behavior, improve engagement strategies, and optimize content for a diverse, multilingual audience.
What You'll Do
- Conduct user research interviews and gather insights on user behavior and needs.
- Support CRM link setup and user outreach initiatives.
- Assist in content localization and copywriting optimization.
- Analyze user feedback and contribute to improving user experience and engagement.
What We Need From You
- Interest or background in user research, marketing, or operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with users.
- Interest in user behavior, content, and localization.
- Multilingual capability (Chinese/English/Arabic) is a strong plus.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
