User Research Intern

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in all aspects of user research projects, including project design, user recruitment, project execution, data analysis and research reports;
• Conduct continuous market information gathering through various channels about local retail business;
• Share local lifestyle observations with the team: recommended dining/entertainment venues, Notable trends in local living/shopping behaviors to inspire team to offer good service to local customers;
• Handle daily English-Arabic bilingual translation tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both English and Arabic (must be capable of using English as a working language);
• Experience in user interviews/questionnaire design is preferred;
• Background in Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or related fields is a plus;
• Sociable, lifestyle-driven, and strong research aptitude and natural curiosity.
