Role Summary
We're looking for a User Researcher to drive clear, actionable user insights that improve product quality and business outcomes. You'll lead end-to-end research across both strategic programs (e.g., NPS/feedback loops) and product deep dives, and partner closely with stakeholders to turn findings into shipped improvements.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end user research on product initiatives, from framing the question and choosing methods to delivering clear findings and recommendations.
- Run mixed-method research, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept tests when needed.
- Translate user feedback and data into prioritized problem statements that teams can act on, and drive follow-through to closure with partners.
- Support product decisions with evidence by connecting user insights with product metrics, behavior data, and stakeholder context.
- Communicate research outcomes clearly through concise write-ups and presentations that drive alignment and next steps.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of UX research experience with end-to-end ownership in product teams (web/app).
- Strong mixed-method capability across qualitative and quantitative research.
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Comfortable working with product metrics and interpreting data alongside user feedback.
- Fluent in English; Mandarin or Russian is a strong plus, but not mandatory.
- On-site in UAE, able to work on-site in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Bonus Points
- Experience in fintech / crypto / trading products, or other high-stakes consumer products.
- Experience collaborating on experimentation, funnels, or product analytics.
- Strong portfolio (case study or write-up) showing how you turn messy feedback into clear insights and practical recommendations.
- Comfortable working across time zones and fast-moving teams.
