Utilities Director | Infrastructure & Operations Management

Dynamic Utilities Director with extensive experience leading large-scale utility operations and infrastructure management at Somabay. As the primary authority for site utilities, I direct the complete operational lifecycles, maintenance strategies, and financial management of critical infrastructure systems.

Core Operational Responsibilities:

Seawater Desalination (SWRO): Directing end-to-end operations and preventive maintenance of seawater desalination facilities to ensure high-efficiency output and water security.
Power Generation & Distribution: Overseeing the operations, maintenance, and power reliability of diesel generator power plants and the master electrical distribution grid.
ٍSewage Treatment Plant (STP): Managing sewage treatment plant operations, regulatory compliance, effluent quality control, and network integration.
Utility Networks: Steering the operation and integrity of site-wide electrical, potable water, and sewage distribution networks.
Financial & Stakeholder Leadership: Directing annual capital and operational budgets (CAPEX/OPEX), cost-optimization strategies, and strategic liaison with external authorities, regulatory bodies, and contractor organizations.
