We are looking for Utilities & Facility Engineer with the following Responsibilities & requirements :
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, boilers, cooling towers, and facility infrastructure.
- Ensure continuous and reliable utility supply across the factory.
- Monitor utilities consumption and support energy-efficiency, sustainability, and cost-optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, regulatory, and engineering standards.
- Support CAPEX projects, including installation, design, commissioning, facility upgrades, and utility expansions.
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
- Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical or chemical engineering with 3 + years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in utilities operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning, especially with chillers, cooling towers, compressed air, steam systems, diesel generators, cold rooms, and wastewater systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
