Utilities Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in: Sharq El-Owaynat, New Valley, Egypt for a Utilities Manager. The Utilities Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining all utilities and refrigeration systems across the French Fries factory (brand: Fregy's). This role ensures reliable operation of critical infrastructure, energy efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of utilities performance to support uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial refrigeration and utilities management (food/FMCG preferred).
• Proven track record in managing large-scale ammonia refrigeration plants, boilers, compressors, and generators.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, project management (PMP preferred), and cost optimization.
• Leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in remote sites.
• Technical expertise in utilities and refrigeration systems.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making.
