Utilities Senior Engineer

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical Power Engineering.
• Minimum 24 years of experience in utilities within an industrial environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• HVAC systems
• Boilers and steam systems
• Compressors and blowers
• Chillers
• Water treatment plants
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control interfaces.
• Experience with preventive maintenance systems and KPIs.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and optimize utility systems, including:
• HVAC systems Maintenance
• Steam Boilers Maintenance
• Air compressors and blowers Maintenance
• Chillers and cooling systems Maintenance
• Water treatment and wastewater stations
• Ensure continuous and reliable operation of all utility services.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot system failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production, and external service providers.
• Support utility-related projects, upgrades, and expansions.
• Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and maintenance documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or process industries.
• Knowledge of energy optimization and utilities cost control.
• Familiarity with CMMS systems.
• Leadership or team-supervision experience.
