Job title: UX/UI Consultant

Role Summary:

Provide strategic UX/UI guidance to elevate the quality, usability, and efficiency of digital

products, ensuring they deliver clear, seamless, and user-centered experiences.

Job Descriptions:

Evaluate existing platforms and identify UX gaps aligned with national digital service

standards.

Lead workshops with stakeholders to understand beneficiary needs and pain points.

Develop UX strategies that enhance service clarity and digital maturity levels.

Review user journeys and interface designs.

Review designs for usability, accessibility, and compliance.

Prepare improvement plans, reports, and recommendations for decision-makers.

Guide Desgin team in prioritizing experience improvements based on user needs and

business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree + 5 years experience in UX/UI.

Strong knowledge of UX best practices for government or large-scale services.

Excellent analytical and stakeholder communication skills.
