Job Description

  • Design user-centered interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to present design ideas and concepts to stakeholders
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other team members to ensure cohesive design and implementation
  • Establish and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across all product offerings
  • Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design practices
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate on designs and enhance user experience
  • Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to clients and team members
  • Participate in Agile methodologies to ensure designs align with product goals and timelines
  • Support the development team by providing design specifications and assets during implementation phases

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in UX/UI design or a similar role
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
  • Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and past projects
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
  • Experience working in Agile development environments is desirable
