About the tasks :
The Remote Site Camp Operational Coordinator on RLIC, attached to the NFE Project, is in charge of coordinating and communicating camp-related activities under the Project's responsibility..
The Remote Site Camp Operational Coordinator will be required to support camp team members at various levels:
- Coordination and monitoring of camp mobilizations and demobilizations for direct project staff (CTJV) and external staff (subcontractors); room allocation, daily and monthly occupancy reports,
- Participation in hygiene, maintenance, and safety inspections (camps and offices),
- Participation in inspection follow-ups and the implementation of corrective and preventive actions,
- Assisting with the organization of team meetings and their minutes,
- Participation in the development of new procedures and reviews of existing procedures,
- Communicating and disseminating information on activities and services available in the camps and in Qatar (Newsletter).
- Collection and monitoring of data related to operational and maintenance activities in the camps,
- Proposing, developing, and coordinating welfare activities in the camps.
Also, the Remote Site Camp Operational Coordinator is in charge of collecting, consolidating and producing KPIs and dashboards related to his area of activity for the entire Project.
Brief description of the Camp Administration Department:
The Camp Management Team is responsible for the smooth operation of the CTJV Village Camp 1,700 residents (direct CTJV employees and vendors) and the Pioneer Camp 6,500 residents (Construction Subcontractors), with the support of a dedicated subcontractor for operational management and infrastructure maintenance.
The Camp Management Team reports to the on-site NFE Project Business Administration department, which is responsible for the overall administration of the NFE Project.
About you :
The Remote Site Camp Operational Coordinator must have a specialization in hotel infrastructure management (catering, food and beverages, hotel management) and administrative management skills and knowledge.
Proficiency in Power BI or a willingness to learn (self-learning) is essential.
