Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with vehicle drop-off and collection services.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely manner.
- Open vehicle and hotel entrance doors for guests as required.
- Assist guests with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel facilities when needed.
- Conduct basic vehicle inspections upon receipt and document any existing damage.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle locations and valet tickets.
- Ensure all guest vehicles are handled with care and in accordance with hotel procedures.
- Manage traffic flow at the hotel entrance and designated parking areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or security concerns immediately to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area and parking facilities.
- Adhere to all hotel policies, safety regulations, and service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in valet parking, customer service, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
