We're looking for a Valet Supervisor to lead our valet and transportation operations within an exclusive private golf and residential community. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in luxury environments, knows how to manage people and premium assets, and understands that exceptional service is in the details.

About the Role

As Valet Supervisor, you'll oversee daily valet operations and lead a frontline team responsible for creating a seamless arrival and departure experience for our members and guests. You'll coordinate high-end vehicle handling, golf cart logistics, and transportation flow, all while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, safety, and confidentiality.

You'll work closely with Golf Operations and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations, peak-time readiness, and a consistently elevated experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily valet and transportation operations
• Oversee safe handling of luxury vehicles and golf carts
• Supervise, schedule, and support the valet team
• Manage peak-time flow, events, and cart logistics
• Ensure service, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met

What Skills & Qualifications Are Required:

• Previous experience in valet operations, luxury hospitality, or private communities
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of premium vehicles and asset care
• Confident communicator with natural leadership presence
• Calm, discreet, and professional under pressure
• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, events)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
