What You'll Be Doing

We are a leading firm specializing in Commercial and Residential Valuation services in Dubai, dedicated to providing accurate and reliable valuation reports to our clients. As part of our commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive valuation administrator to join our team. As a Valuations Administrator, you will be an integral part of our Valuations team, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our valuation processes. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, including preparing RFPs, formatting documents, managing digital filing systems, invoicing, and offering assistance in daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of customer RFPs, including collating and formatting documents
  • Support typing, collating, and binding of valuation reports
  • Review reports for spelling and grammar mistakes
  • Prepare terms of engagements and valuation fee quotations
  • Daily preparation of invoices for banks, as needed
  • Manage an internal system, benchmarking the success and failures of quotations monthly
  • Manage digital filing of soft copies for the Valuation teams.
  • Perform daily data entry in our in-house valuation tracker
  • Manage cheque collection and write receipts for valuation clients
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding fees
  • Carry out end-of-month invoicing and update fee analysis logs
  • Coordinate valuer inspections
  • Assist with any ad-hoc requests within the team

Qualifications & Skills

  • A minimum of three years experience in a similar role, with experience in Real Estate being

highly advantageous

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain relationships with

clients and team members

  • Attention to detail and a proactive nature
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive, positive

approach

  • Good organizational skills, ability to multitask, with attention to detail
  • High level of computer literacy skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

(Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

  • Team player with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, capable of working

calmly under pressure
