As part of our continued growth in Transaction Advisory Services, we are looking for an experienced FRA-accredited Valuation Analyst based in Cairo to join our team and contribute to a wide range of valuation, feasibility study, and corporate finance engagements across various industries.

FRA accreditation is mandatory for this position. The successful candidate must also be available to work on-site at our Heliopolis office in Cairo.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented FRA-accredited Valuation Analyst with strong experience in business valuation, feasibility studies, financial modeling, and corporate finance advisory.

The successful candidate will participate in managing and delivering valuation and feasibility study engagements for multiple clients, working closely with the TAS Senior Manager, Directors, and Senior Partner/Transaction Advisory Services Leader.

The role will involve analyzing financial information, developing valuation models, assessing assumptions, preparing client deliverables, and supporting client management and practice development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the execution and management of business valuation, feasibility studies, and other corporate finance engagements across a wide range of industries.
• Perform valuations using customary methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), comparable company analysis, precedent transactions, and asset-based valuation.
• Conduct fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes.
• Perform intangible asset valuations, including Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) engagements.
• Develop and review feasibility studies for banking, investment, and other corporate purposes.
• Develop and maintain moderate to sophisticated financial models using Excel.
• Analyze financial information and critically assess key assumptions, methodologies, and valuation conclusions.
• Prepare high-quality valuation reports, presentations, financial analyses, and other client deliverables.
• Work closely with senior team members and clients to gather information, understand business operations, and address project requirements.
• Manage multiple assignments and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Clearly communicate financial analyses, assumptions, findings, and recommendations to both internal teams and clients.
• Contribute to client relationship management and Transaction Advisory Services practice development.

Job Requirements

Mandatory Requirements:

• FRA accreditation is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in business valuation, transaction advisory, corporate finance, or feasibility studies.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Heliopolis, Cairo.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in business valuation and feasibility study development.
• Demonstrated experience with fair value measurements for financial reporting purposes.
• Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies, including DCF analysis, comparable company analysis, precedent transaction multiples, and asset-based valuation.
• Demonstrated experience in intangible asset valuation, including PPA.
• Experience developing feasibility studies for banking and investment purposes.
• Strong financial modeling skills with moderate to sophisticated Excel-based models.
• CFA or CVA certification is an asset.
• Strong ability to critically analyze financial information and effectively communicate assumptions and conclusions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements, prioritize tasks, and adapt to rapidly changing assignments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to work collaboratively within a professional and client-focused team environment.
