Proactively monitoring risks associated with the financed projects, coordinating with CCU and CRE team pre and post sanction
Conduct real estate valuation and reviewing external valuers reports
Reviewing feasibility studies and contractors profiles for performance capability.
Key requirements:
Degree in civil engineering.
10+ years of experience in relevant roles, with quantity surveying, contract administration, and commercial management roles.
Knowledge in QCS and Qatar authorities requirements.
Knowledge in Qatar construction market.
Understanding of banking industry and lender's perspective in project financing and project management.
Understanding real estate valuation
Ability to manage portfolio of 20+ projects, fast paced yet delicate reporting
