Job Title: Real Estate Valuation Manager - MRICS
The Valuation manager is responsible for conducting accurate and professional valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS/IVS standards and company policies. The role requires in-depth market knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide high-quality valuation reports for banks, corporates, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- ➤ Conduct valuations of commercial properties, including offices, retail, industrial, and mixed-use developments.
- ➤ Collect, analyse, and verify market data, sales transactions, and rental evidence to support valuation conclusions.
- ➤ Prepare high-quality, accurate, and timely valuation reports that meet regulatory, client, and internal quality standards.
- ➤ Review and ensure compliance with International Valuation Standards (IVS), RICS standards, and local regulatory requirements.
- ➤ Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to junior valuers within the team.
- ➤ Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction.
- ➤ Keep up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- ➤ Bachelor's degree in real estate, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- ➤ RICS-qualified (MRICS/FRICS) or equivalent professional accreditation is preferred.
- ➤ Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in commercial property valuation.
- ➤ Strong knowledge of UAE real estate markets and regulatory framework.
- ➤ Excellent analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.
- ➤ Proficiency in valuation software and MS Office applications.
- ➤ Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
- ➤ Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
