Valuation Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property inspections, measurements, and condition assessments.

Research market trends and identify comparable properties.

Apply suitable valuation methods to determine property values.

Prepare accurate valuation reports with supporting documentation.

Communicate valuation findings and address client queries.

Ensure compliance with valuation standards and maintain records.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related field.

3 years of relevant real estate valuation experience.

Strong knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques.

Good understanding of local real estate markets and trends.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
