Job Description
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Valuations Administrator to join our Dubai team. This role provides administrative support to the Valuations department, assisting with the preparation of reports, quotations, invoices, and day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents.
- Support the preparation, formatting and binding of valuation reports.
- Proofread reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct spelling and grammar.
- Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations.
- Raise invoices and assist with daily billing requirements.
- Update internal trackers and maintain accurate records of quotations and valuations.

- Valuations team.
- Assist with cheque collections and issue receipts where required.
- Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Support month-end invoicing and update fee analysis logs.
- Maintain valuation trackers and complete data entry accurately.
- Coordinate property inspection appointments for valuers.
- Provide general administrative support to the Valuations team and assist with ad hoc tasks as required.
- Around 1–2 years experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Previous experience within real estate or professional services would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional, reliable and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
