Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex valuation engagements for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic advisory.
- Advise senior executives and investors on valuation strategies and market trends.

- Ensure compliance with global standards and regulatory frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 10+ years in valuation, corporate finance, or transaction advisory, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Qualifications: CFA, ASA, CPA, or equivalent preferred; MBA or Master's degree advantageous.
- Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial modeling.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, client relationship management, and leadership capabilities.
- Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with Middle East markets is a plus.
