ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking experienced Commercial and Residential Valuers to join our growing Real Estate Valuations Division in the UAE. Appointees will operate within a professional, standard-driven environment, conducting valuations across a range of asset classes and client portfolios.

We invite applications only from those with existing in-country UAE valuation experience. The role is open to candidates across all levels of valuation experience, with or without RICS accreditation.

Applications from professionals with prior Abu Dhabi valuation experience, or those wishing to be based in our Abu Dhabi office, are especially welcome.

The role shall include but not limited to the following:

• Undertake valuations of commercial and residential properties in line with RICS Red Book standards and UAE regulatory requirements.
• Conduct property inspections, market analysis, and prepare comprehensive, high-quality valuation reports.
• Deliver accurate and timely valuation outputs in accordance with client and regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Support market research and data analysis for valuation and advisory purposes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, particularly with banking and institutional clients.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS     

• Proven UAE valuation experience is a mandatory requirement.
• Comprehensive understanding of valuation methodologies and local market dynamics.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Sharp analytical and numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a valid UAE driving license & ownership of a car
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing assignments independently or within a team environment.
• RICS Registered Valuer designation or progression toward RICS qualification is advantageous.
