About the Role:
Our client, a growing leader in FMCG Distribution, is seeking a Van Sales Executive - Food Service to join their team. As a Van Sales Executive, you will report to the Sales Supervisor/Sales Manager and play a key role in driving sales growth, customer acquisition, product distribution, and market development across food service channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent customer relationship management abilities, and a results-driven mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
About the Requirements:
- Execute daily van sales routes to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Visit and develop customers including cafeterias, shawarma shops, groceries, mini markets, and other independent food service outlets.
- Generate orders, secure product placements, and ensure product availability across assigned territories.
- Identify and acquire new customers while expanding product penetration and sales volume.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers, and decision-makers.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing to provide valuable market insights.
- Manage van stock, cash collections, invoicing, and reporting while ensuring operational excellence.
About You:
- Minimum 5 years of Van Sales or Route Sales experience within FMCG distribution.
- Experience selling to food service outlets, cafeterias, shawarma shops, and mini markets.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Good knowledge of routes, territories, and customer landscape.
- Manual valid driving license (mandatory).
- Experience with FMCG distributors or similar organizations is highly preferred.
