About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering complex VAT advisory and compliance services to clients across multiple jurisdictions. You'll work closely with leadership, support cross-border referrals, and lead a team focused on quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver VAT advisory and compliance services to UAE and international clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Stay abreast of evolving VAT legislation in the UAE

Ideal Candidate:

• ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT or equivalent qualification
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in a large international accounting or consulting firm
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused
