Role Overview:

We're looking for a Vending Technician to join our growing operations team in Dubai. The role involves installation, maintenance, and technical support of vending and coffee machines across client locations. You'll be responsible for ensuring machines are always running smoothly, delivering great customer experiences, and keeping downtime to a minimum.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and test vending and coffee machines.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues.
• Manage spare parts inventory and report machine performance data.
• Support machine upgrades, telemetry systems, and cashless payment integration.
• Ensure timely service calls and uphold safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• 25 years of experience in vending, coffee, or refrigeration equipment maintenance.
• Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and customer-focused attitude.
