Job Description

We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Vendor Acquisition and category Executive to expand and manage our vendor network while ensuring the highest standards of quality across the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and onboard high-quality vendors (flowers, gifts, confectionery)

• Evaluate vendors based on quality, pricing, and brand fit

• Identify category gaps and improve product assortment

• Conduct vendor visits and quality checks (including mystery shopping)

• Manage vendor performance (sales, ratings, conversions)

• Support revenue growth through campaigns and upselling

• Ensure vendor compliance (KYC, contracts, documentation)

• Track market trends and competitor activity

• Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance

Requirements

• 1–3 years in Business Development / Sales / Account Management

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplaces preferred

• Strong negotiation, communication & analytical skills

• Fluent in Arabic & professional English

Mandatory

• Valid Kuwait driving license

• Own car & willingness for field visits
