What You'll Do
Manage vendor relationships and communications
Communicate the monthly targets With the vendor
Monitor vendor performance and complaints to achieve our monthly targets
Manage Vendor daily operation in terms of Sales HC , campaigns reachability & success %
Manage Vendor Backoffice daily operation success %
Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks
Analyze vendor performance data and provide insights
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet business needs and achieve our targets
Develop and implement vendor management strategies
