What you'll do:

As a Vendor Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party 3PL vendors(interims of pickers, workers etc hiring).

● Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse and Darkstores to troubleshoot and resolve vendor-related issues.

● Monitor vendor 3PL performance metrics such as absenteeism, attrition, shift timing adherence. ● Support new 3PL vendor onboarding by ensuring proper documentation, system setup, and process training.

● Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to vendors, helping them align with noon's service expectations.

● Conduct audits on vendor 3PL campsites, transportation facilities.

● Prepare reports and analysis on vendor performance for internal review and strategic planning.

● Escalate high-impact issues and support resolution in coordination with key stakeholders.

● Ensure all operations align with company policies and customer service standards.

What you'll need

● Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field

● 5+ years of experience in vendor operations, supply chain, or fulfillment hiring roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail

● Strong understanding of vendor 3PL lifecycle management and fulfillment processes

● Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets; SQL is a plus)

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

● Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships while maintaining high attention to detail

● A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions

● Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
