Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Vendor Onboarding Specialist (VOS) in Kuwait. The VOS will be responsible for:
- Managing the full onboarding process for vendors with menus.
- Organizing and uploading vendor data onto the platform.
- Performing quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of vendor data.
- Supporting vendors during the onboarding phase by maintaining strong communication, answering inquiries, resolving raised issues, and guiding them through requirements, ensuring all necessities are completed accurately.
- Ensuring timely completion of onboarding tasks to meet launch and targeted dates.
- Contributing to improving the onboarding, documentation, and workflow processes.
- Collaborating with the internal teams to transform, amend, or adjust vendor menus and restaurant visuals.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in onboarding, data entry, operations, customer service, or related job.
- Bilingual - Arabic and English.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and individually.
- Article 18 transferable Kuwaiti residency - AlAhli companies.
Preferred-Haves:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for data handling, reporting, and documentation.
- Experience in vendor management or a related field.
- Experience in the F&B industry or related industries.
