What you'll do:

As a Vendor Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of third-party sellers and vendors on the noon platform. You'll coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding, order fulfillment, compliance, and service level performance.

  • Supervise day-to-day vendor operations activities, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including warehouse and Darkstores to troubleshoot and resolve vendor-related issues.
  • Monitor vendor performance metrics such as absenteeism, attrition, shift timing adherence.
  • Support new vendor onboarding by ensuring proper documentation, system setup, and process training.
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements for better vendor experience and business performance.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to vendors, helping them align with noon's service expectations.
  • Conduct audits on vendor campsites, transportation facilities.
  • Prepare reports and analysis on vendor performance for internal review and strategic planning.
  • Escalate high-impact issues and support resolution in coordination with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure all operations align with company policies and customer service standards.

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in vendor operations, supply chain, or fulfillment roles, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management and fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets; SQL is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendor relationships while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to identifying challenges and driving solutions.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment.
