Job Purpose
To efficiently manage and coordinate vendor sourcing activities by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding suppliers that meet the organization's quality, cost, and delivery standard.
Job Responsibilities
- Vendor Identification: Identify and assess potential vendors through market research to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and capability standards.
- Performance Monitoring:Track vendor performance using KPIs and initiate corrective actions to maintain service quality and reliability.
- Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure smooth communication and long-term collaboration.
- Cost Optimization:Identify cost-saving opportunities through vendor consolidation, alternative sourcing, and renegotiation of terms.
- Documentation:Ensure all sourcing activities comply with internal policies and maintain accurate records for audits and reporting.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum three years of experience in supply chain management.
