Job Description

We're adding another position in the analytical function that supports our work with founders, investors, and cross-border expansion projects.

Our team already manages the strategic and investor-facing work - market entry, capital readiness, deal preparation - and we now want someone who can take assist and develop to take ownership of the analytical layer that sits underneath it. This isn't a blank slate. The workflows, frameworks and operational structure are already active. What we need is someone who can plug in, move quickly, and produce clear, structured output.

What the role looks like day-to-day

You'd work directly with us across a mix of founder-facing and investor-facing projects.

You'd turn inputs into decision-ready documents - gap analysis reports, market reviews, competitive landscapes, investor mapping, due diligence summaries, and organised data rooms. You'd support light financial forecasting, prepare concise briefing notes before calls, and surface the risks or opportunities others overlook. And because our work spans multiple regions (GCC, Europe, US), you'll be analysing different markets and regulatory environments, not just one geography.

What we think you'll get out of this

People tend to like this role because:

  • you work across a broad range of founders, investors, sectors, and markets;
  • you operate close to decision-making - not buried in junior pipeline tasks;
  • you have autonomy in how you structure research, as long as the output is clean;
  • and if you consistently deliver high-clarity work, your role expands quickly.

Who this tends to suit

Someone who:

  • has experience in venture analysis, business analysis, investment research, strategy consulting, or DD work;
  • is comfortable preparing gap analyses, investor contact plans, due diligence write-ups, market analysis, and organised data rooms;
  • understands the basics of financial modelling (runway, burn, valuation logic);
  • can write clearly and synthesise information without fluff;
  • is comfortable working across different markets and sectors.

Preference for candidates already holding their own UAE residency visa.

If you're used to research-heavy work, like structuring complexity, and want exposure across venture, expansion, and investor ecosystems - we'd like to speak with you.
