As a Venture Architect, you will lead the end-to-end structuring of startups within the Mars Venture Studio — from validation to operational launch.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured opportunity validation including market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), competitive analysis, and demand testing.
- Design scalable business models with clear revenue streams, cost structures, and unit economics.
- Develop MVP roadmaps and oversee execution alignment with technical teams.
- Structure cap tables and early-stage funding frameworks aligned with Mars investment strategy.
- Support founders through early traction, growth experiments, and strategic positioning.
- Establish operational playbooks covering governance, reporting, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
- Experience in venture building, consulting, or startup leadership.
- Strong financial modeling and strategic analysis skills.
