Job Description

We are a diversified investment and operating group with ventures in hospitality, F&B, retail, e-commerce, tech, fintech, education, healthcare, and entertainment.

Our mission: to partner with ambitious international brands and bring them into the GCC, scaling them regionally and globally.

We're looking for a Venture Development Manager, a commercially versatile, opportunity-driven professional who can spot and close deals across multiple industries.

What You'll Do

Continuously scan global markets for emerging opportunities across diverse sectors.

Identify & engage 1015 new qualified targets per month (USD 50M+ turnover or high-growth).

Manage the full BD lifecycle: outreach intro call proposal negotiation close.

Build senior-level relationships (CEOs, founders, investors).

Prepare strong business cases, proposals, and briefing packs for leadership.

Provide weekly reporting on leads generated, outreach, and pipeline progress.

What We're Looking For

57 years experience in business development, strategy, or venture building.

Track record of sourcing & closing cross-sector opportunities.

A curious generalist with deep commercial instincts, comfortable switching between e-commerce, education, fintech, healthcare, and entertainment.

Reliable, proactive, and resilient in fast-paced environments.

Fluent in English
