Position Overview

We are looking for a high-performing professional who can drive both business growth and venture growth across NmoHub's innovation ecosystem.

This role combines business development, strategic partnerships, startup growth support, commercialization, ecosystem engagement, venture acceleration, and opportunity creation. The successful candidate will work directly with founders, startups, investors, corporates, universities, government entities, and ecosystem stakeholders to generate measurable business outcomes and support venture success.

Depending on experience and strengths, the role may focus more heavily on commercial business development, strategic partnerships, startup growth support, portfolio value creation, fundraising readiness, customer acquisition, or ecosystem expansion.

Success will be measured through revenue contribution, partnership development, pipeline growth, startup progress, commercialization outcomes, investment readiness, and overall ecosystem impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Commercial Growth
  • Generate, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across NmoHub's services, programs, and initiatives.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, ecosystem engagement, and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop relationships with startups, founders, corporates, government entities, universities, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial discussions, presentations, meetings, negotiations, and proposal processes.
  • Support revenue growth across incubation, acceleration, venture development, advisory services, licensing services, MVP development, and workspace solutions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to convert campaigns, events, and ecosystem initiatives into qualified business opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, reporting, and CRM management.
Venture Growth & Portfolio Support
  • Support incubated and portfolio companies in developing growth, commercialization, customer acquisition, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Facilitate introductions to customers, partners, investors, distributors, and strategic stakeholders.
  • Support startups in establishing partnerships that accelerate growth and market access.
  • Assist founders in preparing for Demo Days, fundraising activities, investor meetings, and growth opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities that increase startup traction, scalability, valuation, and enterprise value.
  • Support startups in improving market visibility, strategic positioning, and commercial performance.
  • Track startup growth, partnerships, milestones, and investment readiness progress.
Ecosystem & Strategic Initiatives
  • Represent NmoHub at ecosystem events, conferences, networking activities, and strategic meetings.
  • Build relationships across the Saudi entrepreneurship, innovation, startup, and investment ecosystem.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, experts, advisors, and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ecosystem-building initiatives, strategic partnerships, and growth programs.
  • Support entrepreneurs and ventures across different stages of development and growth.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Qualified opportunities generated.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Finance, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • 4–6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, startup growth, venture building, consulting, accelerators, incubators, venture capital, innovation programs, private equity operations, or related environments.
  • Experience working directly with founders, startups, SMEs, investors, corporates, or growth-stage companies.
  • Strong understanding of startup ecosystems, venture growth, commercialization, fundraising, partnerships, and business development.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships and create measurable business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and managing multiple opportunities, stakeholders, or ventures simultaneously.
  • Professional business proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience within startup incubators, accelerators, venture builders, innovation hubs, entrepreneurship centers, venture capital funds, or innovation ecosystems.
  • Existing network across the Saudi startup, investment, innovation, corporate, or entrepreneurship ecosystem.
  • Experience supporting fundraising, investment readiness, strategic partnerships, acquisitions, customer acquisition, or venture growth initiatives.
  • Experience working with technology startups, high-growth ventures, or innovation-driven businesses.
  • Experience selling or supporting consulting, innovation, entrepreneurship, advisory, training, or professional services.
