About the Role:
This is NOT a Marketing or Sales role.
We are looking for a commercially driven Venture Partner to support strategic partnerships and new venture initiatives across multiple sectors.
This role is ideal for a mid-level professional who is hands-on, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-paced investment environment.
What You'll Do
- Support the development of strategic partnerships with international partners, institutions, and industry stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate collaboration opportunities, joint programs, and new venture concepts
- Manage the partnership lifecycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → agreement
- Prepare business cases, proposals, and briefing materials for leadership
- Coordinate internally with legal, finance, and operations to ensure feasibility and scalability
- Track pipeline progress and provide regular updates on partnerships and opportunities
- Contribute to venture scouting and cross-sector growth initiatives when required
What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience in business development, partnerships, venture development, or strategy
- Experience in Multisector
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to evaluate partnership opportunities
- Comfortable engaging with external stakeholders and partners
- Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in startups, consulting, investment firms, or growth-focused environments is an advantage
