Our client is currently hiring for the position of Veterinary Pharmacist
Responsibilities:
. Dispense prescription medications specifically formulated for animals under the guidance of veterinarians.
. Review veterinary prescriptions for accuracy, possible drug interactions, and dosage appropriateness.
. Provide counselling to animal owners and veterinary professionals on medication usage and side effects.
. Ensure proper storage, labelling, and documentation of veterinary drugs as per regulatory standards.
. Monitor inventory of animal-specific pharmaceuticals and manage procurement from certified suppliers.
. Collaborate with veterinary staff to develop and update treatment plans based on pharmacological needs.
