A brand-new veterinary group is launching across the UAE with ambitious plans for a fast-paced, multi-site rollout and rapid expansion into the wider GCC, particularly KSA. We're looking for a Veterinary Practice Manager to join the founding team. Not a keep-the-lights-on manager. A builder. A disrupter. Someone who gets genuinely excited about designing systems, obsessing over the client experience, and creating something that didn't exist before.

  • A technology-first veterinary business. Purpose-built practice management, a client-facing app with features competitors haven't even imagined, and a data-driven approach to every decision from staffing to stock.
  • AI and data woven into daily operations. Predictive demand forecasting, intelligent appointment scheduling, automated client engagement, and real-time performance dashboards that turn gut-feel management into precision operations.
  • A full marketing and growth engine. This isn't a clinic that waits for walk-ins. We're building lead generation, SEO, GEO, automated nurture sequences, and a brand that pet owners will actively seek out.
  • We're backed by the founders and management team of one of the GCC's leading leisure operators a group that has disrupted and scaled 50+ leisure sites across the GCC, predominantly in the UAE and KSA. Now we're bringing that same playbook, pace, and ambition to the veterinary space.
  • Speed. Multiple locations launching in rapid succession across the UAE, with KSA expansion on the near horizon. You'll build the operational blueprint that every future location runs on.

The Role

You're the person who turns vision into daily reality. You'll own the full site P&L revenue, costs, margins, headcount. Every number runs through you. You'll build the SOPs, manage the team, drive performance, and create a client experience so good that word-of-mouth becomes your most powerful marketing channel.

You'll work directly with the founding team and the Veterinary Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence and operational efficiency aren't in tension they're the same thing. Your job is to build the operational machine that gives veterinarians full clinical autonomy: when the business runs flawlessly, clinicians are free to focus entirely on medicine.

As we grow, you'll mentor and develop the next generation of practice managers across the network. The playbook you write becomes the standard. The team you build becomes the blueprint.

Day to day, you'll be:

  • Owning the clinic P&L tracking revenue, managing costs, forecasting demand, and reporting performance to the founding team
  • Managing the full team roster scheduling, staffing levels, leave management, and ensuring the clinic is never under- or over-resourced
  • Driving the client experience from first contact to follow-up monitoring NPS, online reviews, client retention, and identifying friction points
  • Building, refining, and enforcing SOPs across front-of-house, back-of-house, inventory, and client communication
  • Working with the marketing engine to convert leads into booked appointments and first-time visitors into loyal clients
  • Managing inventory, supplier relationships, and procurement to keep the clinic stocked without overspending
  • Running daily huddles and weekly performance reviews with the clinical and support teams
  • Coordinating with the Clinical Director on capacity planning, clinical workflow, and ensuring operational decisions support clinical outcomes
