Most veterinary clinics don't have a sales function. That's the problem.

They wait for walk-ins. They let enquiries go cold. They spend money on marketing but have no one converting those leads into loyal, long-term clients. We're building a veterinary business with a serious marketing engine SEO, GEO, paid media, content, a client-facing app, and automated nurture sequences that generate a high volume of qualified leads every single day. What we need is someone who can turn that pipeline into patients.

A new veterinary group is launching across the UAE with ambitious plans for a fast-paced, multi-site rollout and rapid expansion into the wider GCC, particularly KSA. We're backed by the founders and management team of one of the GCC's leading leisure operators a group that has disrupted and scaled 50+ leisure sites across the region, powered by marketing-led lead generation and high-performing sales teams. Now we're bringing that same commercial engine to veterinary medicine.

We're looking for a Veterinary Sales & Client Relations Manager to be the human link between our marketing machine and the clinic floor. The leads are coming in from the website, from paid campaigns, from social, from the app, from community partnerships. You'll be the first voice a potential client hears. The person who makes them feel welcome before they've even walked through the door.

What makes this different

You're not cold-calling strangers. Our marketing function is built to generate volume. SEO, GEO, paid media, content marketing, social, and a client-facing app drive a constant stream of warm, qualified leads straight to you. The hard work of getting attention is already done your job is to convert it.

You'll have a CRM and data infrastructure that most sales teams would kill for. Lead scoring, automated nurture sequences, conversion analytics, and real-time dashboards that show you exactly where every prospect is in the funnel.

This isn't a transactional sales role. You're building relationships with pet owners who will stay with us for the lifetime of their pet. The best salespeople in this role won't feel like salespeople at all they'll feel like trusted advisors.

You'll work in a beautifully designed, purpose-built clinic that sells itself your job is to get people through the door and let the experience do the rest.

A proven founding team that has already built and scaled marketing-led sales and conversion functions across 50+ leisure sites in the GCC. This playbook works. You'll help adapt it for veterinary.

The Role

You're the bridge between marketing and the clinic. Every lead that comes in whether from the website, social media, the app, referrals, or walk-by traffic runs through you. You'll respond fast, build rapport, answer questions, and guide potential clients toward their first appointment. For high-value prospects, you'll host clinic tours, introduce them to the team, and make them feel like they've already found their vet before they've even booked.

You'll own conversion metrics and work closely with the marketing team to optimise the funnel feeding back what's working, what objections you're hearing, and where leads are dropping off. You'll also nurture existing client relationships to drive rebooking, referrals, and long-term loyalty.

Day to day, you'll be:

Responding to inbound leads calls, WhatsApp, website enquiries, app sign-ups, and social media messages quickly and with genuine warmth

Following up on warm leads and converting enquiries into booked first appointments

Hosting clinic tours for prospective clients walking them through the facilities, introducing the team, and answering questions about services, pricing, and the client experience

Managing the sales pipeline in the CRM tracking lead status, follow-up cadence, conversion rates, and reporting performance to the Practice Manager

Making outbound calls to lapsed leads, cancelled appointments, and prospects who've shown interest but haven't yet booked

Working with the marketing team on lead quality, campaign feedback, and funnel optimisation you're the voice of the customer

Nurturing existing client relationships check-in calls after first visits, rebooking prompts, referral programme engagement, and gathering reviews and testimonials

Representing the brand at local community events, pet expos, and partnership activations where relevant

Tracking and reporting on daily, weekly, and monthly conversion KPIs lead response time, show-up rates, first-visit-to-return ratios, and revenue attributed to sales activity

This will suit you if:

You have experience in a consultative or relationship-driven sales role healthcare, wellness, premium hospitality, fitness, education, or luxury retail

You're naturally warm, persuasive, and genuinely enjoy talking to people on the phone, in person, and over messaging

You understand that great sales isn't pushy it's about listening, building trust, and helping people make a decision they already want to make

You're target-driven and motivated by conversion metrics, but you never sacrifice the client experience to hit a number

You're comfortable with CRM systems, lead management tools, and using data to improve your own performance

You're capable of operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and you thrive on it

You love animals or at the very least, you understand how emotionally important a pet is to their owner

You're based in the GCC, or open to relocation for the right opportunity
