Are you an experienced compliance leader with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, corporate governance, and risk management We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President – Compliance to oversee compliance initiatives, strengthen internal controls, and promote a culture of accountability across the organization.

This is an opportunity for a senior professional who can navigate complex regulatory requirements, advise executive leadership, and ensure that business activities align with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Role Responsibilities

Develop and oversee enterprise-wide compliance strategies, policies, and procedures.

Monitor applicable regulatory requirements and assess their impact on business operations.

Identify compliance risks, evaluate internal controls, and implement appropriate mitigation measures.

Lead compliance reviews, internal assessments, and regulatory reporting activities.

Advise senior management and business units on compliance obligations and governance matters.

Lead, mentor, and develop compliance professionals to maintain strong operational standards.

Coordinate regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation plans where required.

Oversee compliance investigations, escalation procedures, and corrective actions in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; an advanced degree is an advantage.

Extensive experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, corporate governance, or a related leadership function.

Proven experience managing compliance frameworks and advising senior stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements, internal controls, and compliance monitoring practices.

Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.

High ethical standards, sound judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality.

Relevant professional certifications are advantageous, depending on the industry and regulatory environment.
