Vice President – Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory
Location: GCC
Our Client is seeking an experienced banking professional to join their Corporate Finance & Debt Advisory team at the VP level. The successful candidate will play a key role in originating and executing a broad range of corporate finance and debt transactions, including structured and project finance, debt capital markets, and M&A advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead origination and execution of debt arrangement, syndication, and advisory transactions.
- Assess and structure transactions across sectors, ensuring credit quality and risk mitigation.
- Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business development opportunities.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis, due diligence, and credit assessment.
- Support strategic initiatives and provide insights on investment and financing opportunities.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 7-12 years in corporate and investment banking, with multi-disciplinary experience preferred.
- Proven transactional experience across corporate finance, structured/project finance, debt capital markets, M&A advisory, and investments.
- Strong credit background with a deep understanding of sector-specific credit drivers.
- Expertise in relationship management, business development, transaction structuring, due diligence, and financial modelling.
- Track record of leading complex deals and delivering results in fast-paced environments.
- Advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
