Job Description:

As the Vice President of Corporate Operations at Baseball United, you will be a key leader responsible for overseeing and managing the corporate operations of the our Dubai Global HQ, reporting directly to the CEO. You will play an important role in driving the growth and success of Baseball United, particularly within the GCC.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic initiatives as per direction of CEO to advance Baseball United's mission and objectives in the Middle East and South Asia.

2. Operational Oversight: Oversee corporate operations of Dubai HQ, including team management, expansion efforts, corporate and government services, vendor management, and day-to-day operations.

3. Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with businesses, organizations, and governments to support the growth and sustainability of Baseball United.

4. Sponsorship and Revenue Generation: Help lead efforts to secure sponsorships, partnerships, and other revenue streams to support league operations and initiatives.

5. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team across various functional areas, including marketing, finance, administration, and operations.

6. Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and other financial aspects of corporate operations.

7. Community Engagement: Collaborate with local communities, schools, and baseball organizations to promote participation in baseball and engage fans.

8. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with government policies, employment regulations, and overall governance standards, as well as legal and contractual obligations.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in corporate operations, business development, or a related field, preferably in the sports industry.

Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.

Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.

Demonstrated experience in partnership development, sponsorship acquisition, procurement, government relations, and revenue generation.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Knowledge of baseball and a passion for promoting the sport in non-traditional markets.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
