Vice President - F&B

An organisation is hiring for an open role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Develop and execute the long-term growth strategy for the F&B business in alignment with organisational objectives and market opportunities.
• Own the P&L for the F&B portfolio, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, EBITDA, and return-on-investment targets.
• Identify and capitalise on opportunities to enhance market share, customer acquisition, and business performance.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and performance review processes.
• Evaluate new concepts, locations, partnerships, and expansion opportunities to support sustainable growth.
• Lead multi-unit operations across the F&B portfolio, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and operational excellence.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience through service excellence, product quality, and customer-centric initiatives.
• Establish performance metrics and governance mechanisms to monitor operational efficiency, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and operational policies across all locations.
• Continuously improve operational processes and service delivery to enhance efficiency, guest experience, and profitability.
• Protect and strengthen brand equity by ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all customer touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, landlords, strategic partners, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Lead the successful launch of new stores, formats, and business initiatives while ensuring operational readiness.
• Drive marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders to maximise traffic and sales.
• Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team across Operations, Commercial, and Support Functions, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, engagement, and continuous improvement.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and leadership capability-building to strengthen the organisation and develop future leaders.
• Lead change management and transformation initiatives to support evolving business priorities and long-term business sustainability.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree is preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience within the Food & Beverage industry, including significant exposure to casual dining concepts.
• Proven experience managing multi-unit restaurant operations with full P&L accountability.
• Strong track record of driving business growth, profitability, operational excellence, and guest satisfaction.
• Experience leading large teams and developing high-performing organisational cultures.
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial management, and business planning.
• Deep understanding of casual dining operations, food safety standards, customer experience, and brand management.
• Demonstrated success in leading business transformation, expansion, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Resilient, strategic, and customer-focused leader with excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

Master's degree is preferred.
