Vice President, Lending Products

Lead EDB's Lending Product experienced and dynamic Product Manager / Product Owner to lead EDB's Core Lending product portfolio (Term Lending, Working Capital, Syndicated Lending) as well as lead initiatives to introduce and expand EDB's product offering with new lending products / financing solutions. This pivotal role is responsible for the end-to-end management of our term loan and working capital loan products, catering to a diverse client base across SME, Mid-Corporate, and Large Corporate segments. The successful candidate will drive the product strategy, roadmap, and execution, ensuring our lending solutions are competitive, profitable, and aligned with our clients needs. This hybrid role requires a unique blend of strategic P&L management, product management, agile product ownership, solid change management capabilities and a deep understanding of the corporate lending landscape, as well as a proficient technical understanding of lending products requirements across systems and platforms (e.g., core banking platforms such as T24).
