Overview
We are representing a leading real estate company based in Dubai seeking a Vice President of Recruitment to lead, scale, and optimise the organisation's entire talent acquisition function across multiple business units.
This is a board-level strategic role, ideal for a senior executive search recruitment leader with deep experience in scaling high-volume, high-performance sales and operational teams within Real Estate, Tech / SaaS / FinTech, Luxury / Consumer, Strategy / Consulting etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead & oversee the full recruitment division across multiple business entities.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company growth plans.
- Manage, mentor, and scale internal recruitment teams.
- Own the full hiring cycle for sales, operations, leadership, and support functions.
- Build talent pipelines for critical roles and future expansion projects.
- Work directly with C-Suite and key stakeholders on workforce planning.
- Optimise recruitment processes, reporting, and performance metrics.
- Drive employer branding, candidate experience, and onboarding improvements.
- Implement data-led recruitment forecasting and manpower planning.
- Select, manage and negotiate with external recruitment partners when needed.
Requirements
- Proven success leading recruitment at Director / Head / VP level.
- Strong background in building and scaling recruitment teams
- Experience in strategic executive search 360 recruitment
- Deep understanding of high-volume sales hiring and leadership acquisition.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strategic, data-driven, and comfortable operating at C-Suite level.
- Ability to build recruitment systems, pipelines, and long-term growth structures.
